The RectorSeal 97024 is a Clean Check PVC extendable backwater valve designed to prevent sewage backup into buildings from plugged sewer systems, excess volume, or groundwater flooding. Its installation is straightforward and does not require any manholes, making it suitable for exterior applications. This model can be installed up to twelve feet below ground level while maintaining accessibility for maintenance above ground.
