At MRCOOL DIY Direct, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping to all our customers. Below are the details of our shipping policy:


Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping is offered only on full HVAC systems, including complete mini-split, furnace, and heat pump systems.
  • Shipping Fees for Parts and Accessories: Individual parts, accessories, or small purchases will incur a shipping fee. This fee reflects the cost charged to us by UPS, FedEx, or other couriers.

Delivery Details

  • Tracking Information: Tracking numbers are provided via email, typically within 1–3 business days after the order is processed.
  • Delivery Estimates: All delivery dates listed on the website are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to warehouse processing, courier schedules, and shipping conditions.
  • One Delivery Attempt: Free shipping includes one delivery attempt. Additional delivery attempts will incur fees determined by the courier and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to Alaska, Canada, and Mexico

We can ship to Alaska, Canada, and Mexico. However:

  • No Free Shipping: Free shipping is not available for these locations due to higher shipping costs.
  • Custom Shipping Quotes: Shipping fees to these areas are calculated manually on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Freight Shipments (Large Items)

  • Large items, such as HVAC systems, ship via Freight/LTL carriers and include curbside delivery.
  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. A person aged 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
  • Storage Fees: If delivery is delayed beyond the courier’s offered window, storage fees (typically $25–$100/day) will apply.
  • Refused Shipments: Refused shipments will be treated as returns and incur restocking fees as outlined in our return policy.

Ground Shipments (Smaller Items)

  • Smaller parts and accessories, such as thermostats and replacement parts, are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or similar couriers.
  • No signature is required. The package will be left at your property, typically near the front door.

Damaged Shipments

  • Refuse Delivery: If your item arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and note the damage on the delivery receipt.
  • Report Damage Within 24 Hours: If damage is discovered after delivery, email support@mrcooldiydirect.com within 24 hours, including your order number and photos. Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.
  • Uninstalled Items Only: Damaged products must remain uninstalled to qualify for repair or replacement.

Additional Notes

  • Address Changes: Once an order is shipped, address changes are not allowed. If requested, fees ranging from $150–$500 may apply, depending on the courier.
  • Customer Responsibility: Any additional charges for delayed delivery, storage, or extra services requested from the courier are the responsibility of the customer.
