We use two primary methods. You’ll see which applies at checkout and in your confirmation email.
- Smaller items like parts, accessories, control wires
- Frequent scan updates & real-time tracking
- Systems, condensers, air handlers, line sets on pallets
- Scans mainly at terminals; less frequent updates are normal
LTL carriers schedule a delivery window and require an adult (18+) signature.
It can take 24–36 hours after pickup to show movement. “Unavailable” status is typical between terminals.

📋 Delivery Day: What to Do When Freight Arrives
Look for torn shrink wrap, punctures, dents, or missing pallets.
If anything looks off, write it on the delivery receipt and take clear photos.
Email or call with your order #, photos, and a short description—we’ll jump on it.
How long does it take to ship my order? ▾
Orders usually process in 1–3 business days. Most systems arrive within 3–7 business days after processing (destination & carrier volume can affect timing).
What’s the difference between parcel and LTL freight shipping? ▾
Parcel (UPS/FedEx/USPS) is for smaller items and updates tracking frequently. LTL Freight is for palletized shipments and updates mainly at terminals—so scans are less frequent and may appear delayed.
Can I track my order? ▾
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number (parcel) or a PRO# with carrier name (freight). LTL tracking may take 24–36 hours to reflect movement after pickup—this is normal.
Do I need to be home for delivery? ▾
For freight deliveries, a signature from an adult (18+) is required. The carrier typically calls to schedule an appointment.
What if something is missing or damaged? ▾
Note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us right away with your order number. We’ll resolve issues quickly and send replacements as needed.
