Easy and works great!

DIY installed. Wasn’t too complicated. Directions lack info on breaker size and had a little difficulty with the disconnect box we chose so we ordered the disconnect box on Mr. Cool site and that one worked great. We use this in an almost 600 sqft room with walk behind closet and heats/cools perfectly, even throughout the closet area.

The directions are pretty much useless, just YouTube it.

This system was so easy to set up, pretty much any homeowner with a crescent wrench and a holesaw can do this job. My kit said it came with a whole saw, but it did not, make sure you buy the complete holesaw when you get one.

10 degrees cooler on a 108-degree day in no time!

This mini-split is a game changer!!! Minus some supply voltage troubleshooting on the homes end, the entire process went smooth. As with all instructions - you do have to be flexible & handy. Really simple install when the process gets planned in advance. Tech-support is tops considering that we are in peak-heat season. Even though the flaws found were on the home-owners end, Mr. Cool rep worked to find us resolve until we were up and running. Not a product problem as this thing is A+. The unit outperforms & replaces 1 portable and 2 window units in our old farmhouse and draws fewer total amps!
