DIY remote replacement

I called twice and could not get a live person. I left a message and no one called me back. The photo on your website of the back of the remote which contained the model number I wanted to verify was blurred. I ended up buying the remote without verifying the model and it turned out to be the correct replacement remote. Customer service had room for improvement.
