When outdoor temps fall well below a heat pump’s rated range, this add-on provides the extra electric heat you need to stay comfortable—no waiting on a thaw or a second truck roll.

Use case: Aux/Emergency heat for sub-freezing weather, defrost cycles, and cold snaps
