When installing your MRCOOL Mini Split System at a distance greater than the standard 25 feet, this extension kit provides everything you need to extend the line set for longer installations. Perfect for setups requiring up to 75 feet between the air handler and condenser, this kit includes a 35-foot pre-charged line set, couplers, and an extended control cable to ensure a smooth, efficient installation.

- 35' Pre-Charged Line Set: Extends your system's line set beyond the standard 25 feet.
- Couplers Included: The kit comes with DIYCOUPLER-38 and DIYCOUPLER-58 to seamlessly connect the additional line set to the existing one, ensuring a secure and leak-free extension.
- 75' MC5 Pro Cable: Provides a continuous electrical connection between the indoor and outdoor units, replacing the pre-attached 25-foot wire.
Installation Process:
- Remove the Pre-Attached Cable: Disconnect the 25-foot control cable or wire pre-installed on your indoor unit.
- Install the 75' Cable: Replace it with the new 75-foot MC5 Pro cable provided in the kit for uninterrupted power and control.
- Connect Line Sets: Use the included couplers to join the 35-foot line set with your existing 25-foot line, extending the total reach to 75 feet.
Important Considerations:
- Maximum Length: For optimal performance, the total length of the line set per zone should not exceed 75 feet, measured from the air handler to the condenser.
- Handling Excess Cable: If there is any excess cable after installation, it should be coiled—never cut—to maintain system integrity.
Compatibility: This kit is designed for use with 24,000 BTU and 36,000 BTU MRCOOL indoor wall units, making it ideal for larger installations that require extended line set lengths.
