Extend the coverage of your HVAC line sets with our Residential Series Galvanized & Unpainted HVAC Line Set Cover Extensions. These premium quality extensions ensure a seamless and durable finish, providing unlimited linear coverage for your HVAC installations.
- Premium Quality: Made from 26 gauge materials, our extensions offer superior protection. The paintable steel is ready for any exterior latex paint without the need for priming or sanding. Our G-90 galvanized steel is hot dipped for long-lasting durability, and our Galvalume is acrylic coated to withstand harsh outdoor environments. Fabricated and shipped in the USA.
Multiple Sizes
- All extensions are made in 5 FT sections, available in widths of 4" x 4", 6" x 4", 6" x 6", and custom widths upon request. The 6" x 4" size is 6 inches wide and 4 inches deep.
Simple and Easy Installation
- Designed to easily fit over the line set cover for a smooth, overlapping connection. The tapering design allows the extensions to telescope with our Residential Series Galvanized & Unpainted Metal HVAC Line Set Covers for a seamless finish. Each order includes matching sheet metal screws to secure the seams.
Multiple Materials and Colors
