The MRCOOL Universal 4 to 5 Ton 18 SEER Central Heat Pump Condenser represents the future of efficient and quiet HVAC technology. With 17-18 SEER Ultra-Heat Inverter Unitary technology, this condenser provides rapid heating and cooling while maintaining a low decibel level for quiet operation. Designed for superior comfort and energy savings, this unit offers a long operational life by precisely regulating the compressor motor speed, which minimizes load fluctuations and enhances durability.
This 4 to 5 Ton MRCOOL Universal Central Heat Pump covers capacities from 48,000 BTUs to 60,000 BTUs, offering an 80% heating output even in temperatures below zero. With the ability to perform efficiently at sub-zero conditions, this condenser can eliminate the need for gas furnaces or auxiliary electric heat strips.
The unit incorporates two-stage enhanced enthalpy technology and intelligent defrosting to maintain superior heating capacity, even when ambient temperatures fall as low as -22°F. The DC inverter technology delivers outstanding efficiency, reducing operating costs year after year, and the unit includes multiple protection features to keep it running safely.
Incorporating the environmentally friendly refrigerant R-410A, this condenser supports both electronic expansion valves (EEV) and thermal expansion valves (TXV), making it a green option that reduces ozone depletion.
Installation flexibility is key, as this condenser can be installed with the MrCool Universal Central Air Handler using either No-Vac Quick Connect lines or traditional fittings. No-Vac Quick Connect technology simplifies installation by eliminating the need for vacuuming and refrigerant charging.
Additionally, this heat pump utilizes 24V non-communication control technology, which makes it compatible with third-party air handlers and thermostats like Nest or other Wi-Fi enabled thermostats. The MRCOOL Universal Central Heat Pump meets high standards, certified by both the Air-Conditioning, Heating, & Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) and ETL.
